The Pleroma – Part 14. The lesson on October 12, 2003 continues the lesson on the Pleroma. This lesson deals with the Headship of Christ which is located in the middle of the Pleroma chart. The head of the woman is the man, and the head of the man is Christ as stated in 1 Corinthians 11:3 (KJV) “But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.” Even Christ as the head of the body, will turn over all things back unto God the Father. The headship of Christ raises Him to the highest possible level that God had in store for Christ. Adam was the head of the Human race (flesh) yet Christ is the head of the body (the church … that which is born of the spirit). The truth is often difficult for people to believe if they live in the flesh and have not been born again. The headship of Christ is difficult for those to accept if they are not part of the body of Christ. People get involved with so many things that have nothing to do with the eternal purpose of God and yet God has an eternal purpose and plan for each one of us. In John 12:37 (KJV), we see that “though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him” How much harder is it for those who have to walk by faith and not by sight? God has told us what the truth is and it’s up to us to believe it. Click here to listen to the lesson that teaches on the Headship of Christ and our role in the body of Christ.
