Leland Maples runs the LOOP’s Ministries (Loved Ones Of Prisoners) and leads a Thursday night bible study held in the Rec Room at Life Change Baptist Church in Odessa Texas.  The Rec Room message on Thursday, January 5, 2012 was entitled “Man to Man, Face to Face” and was given by Leland.  Special music was by Doug Herget.

This message was on the conversion of Saul of Tarsus who became the most prolific apostle of all time.

1. God can get your attention anytime he wants
2. A man won’t be saved until he hits bottom
3. God will save the worst of the worst

Acts 9:1-4 KJV

1 And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, 2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. 3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
