The lesson on April 30, 2017 was part 14 of the “U, V and W of Right Division”. Wayne covered a current topic in United States regarding free speech which comes from the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.  The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, ensuring that there is no prohibition on the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble, or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. He points out that today groups that are protesting calling people facist are actually facists themselves!  There are many levels of irony with this activity today.  Then Wayne moves on to look at the word Mystery in Colossians.  Before he does, he takes time to reflect on how the fundamentals of Right Division is so important.  He teaches us that if we try to live in the gospels and get our marching orders from there, we have a glass half full.  Through Right Division, we need to learn the context of scripture to know how to apply it.  Wayne finishes by show how the Apostle PAul, reveals the full cup to us in that The Mystery is given to complete the word of God.  The scripture reading was from Colossians 1: 25-29 KJV

“25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; 26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: 27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: 29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.”
