The lesson on 04-22 asks the question “ Does God Keep Secrets?” According to Deut 29:29 (KJV) “The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.” So, the secret things belong unto the Lord until He reveals them. Today, there are many examples of organizations keeping secrets classified from public knowledge in order to protect very important programs. Important information is kept secret until it is deemed appropriate to declassify the details to the right people at the right time. The same holds true for the Godhead. The Godhead works like the “Heavenly Intelligence Agency” that chooses to reveal secrets at the right place and time so not to jeopardize their eternal purpose.
