The lesson on September 6, 2015 was part 39 of the “First Corinthians” study.  A review of the previous lesson was given on the mid-Acts assumption of the ministries of Paul. The problems of this was resolved by rightly dividing Paul’s ministries in that he wrote 7 books during the Acts period (Rom, 1,2Cor, Gal,1,2Thess,Heb) and 7 after Acts 28 (Eph, Phil, Col, 1,2Tim,Tit, Phile.) Paul’s logical agrument was looked at again befor moving on to the focus on the “but now” in verse 20.  Afterwards, we look at the resurrection of Christ, the first fruits, the word “slept” and the Adamic seed.  This brought up a deep discussion of the salvation of the Adamic seed as opposed to other seeds! The scripture reading was from 1 Corinthians 15:20-25 KJV

“20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. 24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.”
