The lesson on August 18, 2019 was part 20 of the “Genesis” study. This weeks lesson opened with reference to a useful website for a scientific argument for intelligent design.  The Discovery Institute (discovery.org) has good material to use in your witness of Creation by using scientific facts to argue without bringing in the Bible to those who may be unbelievers.  in this way, you can stand and represent creation without the audience immediately shutting down.  Wayne then reviewed of the missionary trip that the Apostle PAul probably took after the close of Acts which included the time expressed by the Acts 29 Study.  We then looked at how Adamic Man was created in the image of God.  How is God, who is a Spirit compared to the clay that was formed to make Adamic man?  We learned from John 1:1-4 KJV that in the beginning was the word and the word was God and all things were made by Him.  In studying single cell organisims, we find machines in the cell called Flagellum that move information to construct our DNA. These machines represent the information that is contained in the word of God. In this way, having organized information at the cellular level, we are in the image of God.  We then closed on the Fall of Adam which set up next weeks lesson.  The scripture reading was from John 1:1-4 KJV
